1. Services
DeXtra provides commercial floor and deep surface cleaning services including but not limited to carpet extraction, pressure washing, window cleaning, strip and wax, deep grout cleaning, machine scrubbing, steam cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Service availability varies by location.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through our website, AI quote engine, or representatives are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after on-site assessment if actual conditions differ materially from the information used to generate the quote. We will notify you of any changes before performing work.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Scheduled jobs are confirmed via written communication. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled job may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency and same-day services may carry premium pricing as disclosed at booking.
4. Payment
A deposit may be required to confirm booking. Final balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may incur interest and collection costs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the work area, accurate information about the property, and timely communication. You are responsible for moving or securing valuables before our crew arrives unless otherwise arranged.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
We perform services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant specific outcomes that depend on factors outside our control (existing damage, age of materials, manufacturer defects, etc.). All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from services or these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on dextraclean.com including text, images, logos, and design is owned by DEXTRA SPECIALIZED CLEANING LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.
9. SMS Eligibility and Carrier Disclaimer
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. DEXTRA SPECIALIZED CLEANING LLC and its service providers are not responsible for delayed, blocked, failed, or undelivered SMS messages, as delivery may depend on your mobile carrier, network availability, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control.
10. SMS Terms
DEXTRA SPECIALIZED CLEANING LLC sends transactional/informational texts only to contacts who opt in and sends promotional/marketing texts only to contacts who separately opt in. SMS consent is collected through public website pages including: Request a Quote (https://dextraclean.com/request-a-quote), the Quote tool with Instant Photo Quote, Instant Estimate, and Custom Walkthrough flows (https://dextraclean.com/quote), the Contact form (https://dextraclean.com/contact), and the standalone SMS Opt-In page (https://dextraclean.com/sms-opt-in).
Transactional and informational messages may include quote follow-ups, estimate details, appointment confirmations, walkthrough scheduling, job-day reminders, crew arrival updates, service updates, completion notices, invoice or deposit reminders, customer support responses, and post-service review requests.
Promotional and marketing messages may include seasonal cleaning offers, service announcements, facility maintenance tips, and re-engagement messages.
Message frequency varies. Transactional message frequency depends on your inquiry and service activity. Promotional messages may be sent a few times per month. Message and data rates may apply.
