Two SMS Programs
DEXTRA SPECIALIZED CLEANING LLC operates two separate SMS programs. Each requires its own opt-in consent. Opting out of one does not affect the other.
Program 1 — Transactional SMS
Service-related messages sent in connection with your quote or job. Messages include:
- Quote follow-ups and pricing details
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Job-status updates (“crew is on the way,” completion notice)
- Post-service review requests
Frequency: Varies based on your active jobs. Most customers receive 2–6 transactional messages per service event.
Program 2 — Marketing SMS
Promotional messages sent periodically regardless of active job status. Messages include:
- Seasonal cleaning offers and discounts
- New service announcements
- Facility maintenance tips
Frequency: No more than a few times per month. Marketing messages are sent on a scheduled basis, not tied to individual service events.
How to Opt In
Customers may opt in through DeXtra’s public website forms, including the Request a Quote form at https://dextraclean.com/request-a-quote, the Quote tool at https://dextraclean.com/quote including Instant Photo Quote, Instant Estimate, and Custom Walkthrough Request flows, the Contact form at https://dextraclean.com/contact, and the standalone SMS Opt-In page at https://dextraclean.com/sms-opt-in.
Any form that collects a mobile phone number displays SMS consent language near the phone field and includes two separate unchecked consent checkboxes: one for transactional/informational messages and one for promotional/marketing messages. On quote and contact forms, the phone number field is optional, SMS consent is optional, consent is not a condition of purchase, and promotional consent is not required to submit a quote or contact request.
Transactional/informational SMS consent covers messages related to the customer’s inquiry, quote request, appointment confirmations, job-day reminders, crew arrival updates, service updates, completion notices, and customer support.
Promotional/marketing SMS consent covers seasonal cleaning offers, service announcements, facility maintenance tips, and re-engagement messages.
SMS consent is optional, consent is not a condition of purchase, and promotional consent is not required to submit a quote request. Customers may submit the Request a Quote form without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
DEXTRA SPECIALIZED CLEANING LLC does not use purchased, rented, scraped, shared, affiliate, transferred, or third-party lead lists. SMS opt-in data and consent are collected directly by DeXtra and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. DEXTRA SPECIALIZED CLEANING LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to opt out of that program. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Opting out of the Marketing program does not affect Transactional messages. Opting out of the Transactional program stops all messages from that program, including job-day communications. To opt back in to either program, reply START.
