Overview
Users may request an estimate through several public website paths: Request a Quote, Instant Photo Quote, Instant Estimate, Custom Quote, Contact Form, and the standalone SMS Opt-In page. All quote paths produce the same result: a DeXtra estimate or cost range request. Any path that collects a mobile phone number displays SMS consent language near the phone field. SMS consent is optional unless the page is used solely for SMS enrollment. Transactional/informational SMS consent and promotional/marketing SMS consent are collected separately using two unchecked checkboxes. Users may submit quote and contact forms without agreeing to promotional SMS messages.
DeXtra Specialized Cleaning collects SMS consent only through direct customer opt-in on its public website forms. DeXtra does not use purchased, rented, scraped, shared, affiliate, transferred, or third-party lead lists. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
