Post-construction cleaning is quoted per project after a walkthrough or based on your square footage and scope description. Pricing depends on the construction type, scope of work, and soiling level. For jobs over 15,000 sq ft or $3,000 estimated value, we provide a free on-site walkthrough.
Can you work around the construction crew's schedule?
Yes. We coordinate access with your GC, superintendent, or facility manager and can schedule cleaning phases to align with your construction milestone dates.
Do you handle both interior and exterior post-construction cleaning?
Yes. Interior post-construction cleaning, exterior pressure washing of concrete and facades, parking area cleanup, and loading dock cleaning are all in scope. We handle the full site.
